ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of our services and forms part of the general terms and conditions related to the services provided to you (“Agreement”). All capitalised terms not defined herein are as defined in the Agreement.

The word “services” refers to all websites owned or operated by us, and any related sub-domains and pages, as well as any cloud services operated by us (or by us on behalf of others).

The term “content” means: (i) any information, data, text, software, code, scripts, music, sound, images, photos, graphics, videos, messages, tags, interactive features, or other materials that you provide in any manner to the services and (ii) any other materials, content, or data you provide to us or use with the services.

When using the services, you must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. The following are examples of actions that are not allowed:

Disruption:

• Compromising the integrity of our systems, which could include probing, scanning, or vulnerability testing any system or network that hosts our services. This restriction does not apply to security assessments expressly permitted by us.
• Interfering with, reverse-engineering, hacking the services, circumventing any security or authentication measures or trying to gain unauthorised access to the services, related systems, networks or data.
• Modifying, disabling or compromising the integrity or performance of the services or related systems, network or data.
• Deciphering any communications to or from the servers running the services.
• Inundating our infrastructure by imposing an unreasonably large load on our systems that consumes extraordinary resources (CPUs, memory, disk space, bandwidth, etc.), such as:
  • using “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” or other automated systems designed to adversely affect the operation of our infrastructure;
  • exceeding the use parameters for any given service as described in its corresponding documentation; or
  • using an unreasonable amount of storage in a way that’s unrelated to the purposes for which the services were designed.

Wrongful activities:

• Misrepresenting or disguising the origin of any content (including, but not limited to, “spoofing”, “phishing”, manipulation, impersonation or falsely implying any association with us or any third party).
• Using the services to violate the privacy of others or collecting or gathering other people’s personal information (including account names or information) from our services.
• Using our services to stalk, harass, or post direct, specific threats of violence against others.
• Using the services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any laws or regulations (including, without limitation, data, privacy and export control laws).
• Accessing the services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.
• Accessing the services with login credentials that have not been specifically assigned to you or sharing your login credentials with anyone else.
• Using meta tags or any other “hidden text” including our or our suppliers’ product names or trademarks.
• Utilising the services to provide alerts on disaster scenarios or any other situations directly related to health or safety, including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or emergency response.

Inappropriate communications:

• Generate or sending unsolicited communications, advertising, chain letters or spam through the services.
• Soliciting other users of the service for commercial purposes.
• Disparaging us or our partners, vendors or affiliates.

Inappropriate content:

• Providing content that:
  • infringes our or a third party’s intellectual property or other rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, privacy rights of publicity, or any other intellectual property right or proprietary or contractual right;
  • you don’t have the right to submit;
  • is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, harmful to minors, pornographic (including child pornography, which we will remove and report to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children), indecent, harassing, hateful;
  • encourages illegal or tortious conduct or is otherwise inappropriate;
  • attacks others based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition;
  • contains viruses, bots, worms, scripting exploits, or other similar materials;
  • is intended to be inflammatory; or
  • could otherwise cause damage to us or any third party.

If in our sole discretion we determine that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy (or the spirit of this Acceptable Use Policy, even if it’s something that is not expressly referenced in this policy) and without affecting any other remedies available to us, we may:

• permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend a user’s account or access to the services without notice or liability;
• remove any content provided by you; or
• take such other action as we deem appropriate.

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in this Acceptable Use Policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.

The service is operated either by Correla Limited directly or provisioned by Correla Limited on behalf of a third party ("We" or “Our”). Correla Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 13062055 and with its registered office at Lansdowne Gate, 65 New Road, Solihull, England, B91 3DL. If the service is provisioned on behalf of a third party, details of that legal entity will be found on the relevant Agreement.
